The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a clean and crisp decor, which added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The continental breakfast provided a good selection of cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, and more. the free hot drinks machine in the foyer was a convenient amenity.

Convenient location, 5-minute walk to transport hub. Delicious restaurants nearby - Turkish and Lebanese with amazing lamb chops. Friendly and helpful staff, even assisted with luggage. Clean and comfortable recently renovated rooms. Great street view. Breakfast provided daily.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a great pub nearby and excellent train connections. It's also within walking distance of Paddington Station and easily accessible from the Heathrow Express. The rooms have been recently renovated, ensuring cleanliness and comfort, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available every morning, and there's a common counter where you can make yourself a cup of tea.

The windows in the room don't seal up completely, allowing noise from passing cars to be heard inside.

Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was notable. I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with twin beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Lastly, the location was fantastic. Situated in a safe area, this hotel was conveniently located near a main avenue, making it easy to travel around and explore the city.

The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the continental cold options. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - it was conveniently situated between Paddington station and Lancaster Gate at Hyde Park, making it easy for me to explore all the tourist activities. the hotel was just a few minutes' walk away from the District/Circle and Central metro lines, making transportation around the city easy.
